All orders placed through Swap DealerDirect will be governed by your dealer agreement with Swap Logistics Distribution Sdn Bhd. For any further information about your dealer agreement please contact AR_Finance.my@Swap-Asia.com

For the avoidance of doubt an order placed through Swap DealerDirect will constitute a Purchase Order pursuant to your dealer agreement. If you choose an alternative delivery address for your Purchase Order placed through Swap DealerDirect you do so completely at your own risk and Swap Logistics Distribution Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to the receipt of goods at such alternative delivery address.
